Further to the closure of the property on the 1^st of October fully renovation will be done as concern the main building including reception, lobby area, restaurant, bar and fully equipped kitchen in order to offer packages on bed & breakfast terms or half board terms. New facilities also will be constructed as Fitness room, sauna, Tennis court & massage room.

Fully renovation of 4 buildings of the property out of the 6 (studios & one bedroom apts) this year and following year complete renovation will be done.
